Sentimental Gift Giving Tips

How To Add A Personal Touch to Any Gift?

Create Customized Greeting Tags or Labels

You know the small bits of cardboard that come with any gift you receive? The small rectangular card with "to" and "from" printed on it.

These are gift tags and they can be used to deliver the best "short but sweet" message to the person who receives your gift.
If you didn't send a card with the gift, this tag may be the only way you can deliver your greeting, so make sure it does!

You can buy an ordinary gift tag and write your message in between the "to" and "from" sections. Or, you can create a better looking, "functional"  gift tag that your special someone will find impossible to throw away.

How?

Add a photo of yourself or a design that your loved one will like. You can do this on your own using your photo scanner, a color printer, some glossy photo paper, a photo editor (MS Paint or Adobe Photoshop) or a handy cardmaking software. .

The best thing about gift labels is that people can save them and keep them for sentimental reasons long after the gift was used or consumed. I use the best gift labels from gifts I received as book markers!

The thing is, most people love to look back on events that warmed their hearts. So, make sure the trip to memory lane includes you!
